Welcome to Luxe Coastal Collections. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect both you and us, and to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

1. General

  • All products are handmade or artisan-crafted, and natural variations are part of their charm.
  • Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
  • We accept secure payments via Shopify’s approved gateways.
  • If an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

3. Shipping

  • We ship within Australia (and internationally if specified).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for faulty or misdescribed items, 
  • Items must be clean, unused, undamaged, and returned with all packaging intact.
  • Refunds are processed to your bank account within 10 business days once approved.
  • Sale and ex-display items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • For change-of-mind returns, email us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or credit note.

5. Exchanges & Credits

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

6. Care & Use

  • Many of our products are made from natural materials. Please follow care instructions provided to ensure longevity.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to your purchase.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
