💛 If Your Item Isn’t as Expected
- You’re welcome to return items within 30 days of delivery if they’re faulty or not as described.
- To be eligible, items need to be:
- Clean, undamaged, and unused
- Returned with all original packaging intact
- Once approved, your refund will be sent directly to your bank account. Please allow up to 10 business days for the process.
🌸 Change of Mind
I completely understand that sometimes we change our minds. If that happens:
- Please email me within 24 hours of delivery.
- I’ll happily arrange an exchange or credit note (depending on availability).
✨ Final Sale Items
- Sale and ex-display pieces are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
